Welcome to the Paleo for Life Blog

Hi everyone. I am Gary Wu, a student and aficionado of the Paleo diet and lifestyle, and the creator of the site Paleo for Life. I originally created Paleo for Life as a way for me to keep track of all the Paleo-related research that was happening. Later, after I observed the health benefits that my family and I have experienced from the Paleo diet and lifestyle, I hoped that Paleo for Life can become a useful tool to help promote the Paleo diet as a way to defeat obesity and the chronic diseases that plague our society today.

What about you? What brings you here? If you have found Paleo for Life useful, please leave a comment. I would love to hear any suggestions on how we can make Paleo for Life even more useful as an information source.

Wishing you the best of health,

  1. To "stuward" who left me a note about the feedproxy issues: I tried to reply to your e-mail address a couple of times but they kept bouncing, so I'm not sure if your e-mail address was mis-spelled. It would be great if you can get back in touch!

  2. I am very thankful to have just stumbled upon your chinese translation of the intro to paleo. I work with a girl In Orlando, FL from China who is overweight and has been so all her life. She has told me that she wants more than anything to lose weight. I spent a day with her recently telling her all about the paleo lifestyle and tried to explain it as simply as possible since she only knows the Chinese way of cooking and eating. I wanted to give her links or books or research but wasn't sure if there was anything translated to make it easier for her to read, and then I found your page! I'm trying to get her to stick with a strict 30 days of Paleo and today is Day Two. Wish her luck!

  3. I think these kinds of blogs are very useful. It's always good to read about ordinary people's experiences rather then getting the information from books.
